- Billing Specialist – Part-Time
Seeking experienced medical billing specialist at our Olalla Guest Lodge location. Candidate must have the following skills: experience billing Medicaid and commercial insurance, claims & account management, and MediSoft software experience. Duties include managing patient accounts and all aspects of billing & collection functions. Certified billing specialist, with an Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, three to six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Starting wage is between $18.00 to $23.00 per hour DOE. We are seeking a licensed MD or ARNP to join our team to provide direct medical services to our patients. This is a part-time, contracted position that includes screening and assessment of patients, consultation with counseling staff, medication review and prescribing. Experience working with substance use disorders desired, including medication assisted treatment (MAT/MOUD) protocols. Seeking full-time, SUDP Assessment/Utilization Review Specialist for our residential program, Olalla Guest Lodge. Candidate should have experience with diagnostic assessments, insurance authorization & utilization review management, group/lecture facilitation, MI/CBT/DBT, trauma-informed approaches. Minimum of bachelor’s degree or extensive clinical experience. Dually credentialed a plus. Seeking treatment support aides/assistants. Experience with substance use disorder treatment and/or knowledge of addiction is desired – but we will train the right individual. Excellent opportunity for those with a SUDPT, Recovery Coach or Peer Counselor credential. The starting pay for this position is between $18.00-$22.50/per hour, depending upon experience.
